The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

As a psychologist I have been working for many years with people who come to me seeking help with their problems. Often they describe longstanding patterns of reacting to others and to situations in ways that inevitably leave them feeling frustrated and disappointed. Frequently, these self-defeating patterns are fueled by motives we are unaware of. Not only are relationships difficult or repeatedly unsatisfying, but job performance may also be affected, as well as the ability to enjoy life.
I work with adult individuals struggling with an array of issues. Depending on the person’s particular needs and situation I offer a variety of treatment modalities, including short and longer-term psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, brief solution-focused treatment and more general counseling.
In my work as a psychologist I have found that the exploration of dreams, stories and metaphors within the therapeutic process can be a fascinating and illuminating journey into one’s inner world and help increase spontaneity, imagination and creativity.
